2. Collection of general information when visiting the site

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information (server log files). This includes, in particular, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, page accessed, time of access, and the IP address. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the purpose of ensuring stable and secure operation of the website. This data is generally stored for a maximum of 30 days.

3. Contact and inquiry forms

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, company, message) is stored to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Your data will be deleted once it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Dealer, partner, and financing-partner inquiries

For inquiries submitted through the dealer form or expressions of interest in cooperation, we process the information provided (name, company, contact details, brief description) to evaluate a possible partnership. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in evaluating cooperation requests). If you request an introduction to a financing partner, we will forward your contact details, with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), exclusively to selected financing partners so that they can provide you with an individual offer. In this case, the financing agreement is concluded exclusively between you and the respective partner.

5. Customer management (B2C & B2B)

To process contracts with consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B), we process, in particular, names, addresses, contact details, billing and payment data, and, where applicable, information about the installation site and configuration of the delivered systems. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) as well as Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (commercial and tax retention obligations, generally 6 or 10 years under German commercial and tax law).

6. Cookies

This website uses its own cookie to store your consent decision. A cookie for Google Ads conversion tracking is set only after you have given your explicit consent. Details are provided in the following section.

7. Google Ads conversion tracking and consent management

We exclusively use Google Ads conversion tracking via gtag.js. The script is loaded from https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtag/js?id=AW-18376659686; the conversion ID is AW-18376659686. The service is used to measure which advertisement led to an inquiry. We measure the submission of a contact form and clicks on contact links for telephone calls, WhatsApp and email.

The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Its parent company is Google LLC, USA. The data processed may include the IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, and the time and type of the event triggered.

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Section 25(1) TDDDG is the legal basis for storing and accessing information on your device. Google Consent Mode v2 is active. Before you consent, the consent signals are set to “denied”; they are changed to “granted” only after you consent. No cookies for advertising purposes are set without consent.

Personal data may be transferred to the USA when this service is used. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR); in addition, Google has concluded Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To do so, click “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page. The cookie notice will reopen; select “Decline”.

8. Hosting

This website is hosted on the Lovable infrastructure (Cloudflare). The provider processes personal data (in particular the IP address) on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

9. Disclosure to third parties

Your personal data is disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary to fulfill a contract, if there is a legal obligation to do so, or if you have given explicit consent. If forwarding your inquiry to our partner ProseQ is necessary to process it, we will inform you of this separately.

10. Your rights

You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectify (Art. 16), erase (Art. 17), restrict processing of (Art. 18), receive a copy of (Art. 20), and object to the processing of (Art. 21) your personal data. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. The competent supervisory authority is the state data protection commissioner for Brandenburg (Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und für das Recht auf Akteneinsicht Brandenburg).
