Right of Withdrawal

For consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB

This notice applies to consumers resident in Germany and Austria. Consumers in Austria are entitled to the rights under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) to at least the same extent.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([company name], [address], email: kontakt@kryora.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

Exclusion / Expiration

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive (e.g. individually configured cryotherapy systems).
