The most important buying criteria before deciding

Before choosing a model, it should be clear how the chamber will be used in your daily operations. Size, connection type, and equipment follow from that - not the other way around.

  • Expected throughput: individual appointments, group operation, or continuous studio use.
  • Usage profile: recovery offering, add-on wellness service, or part of an application concept.
  • Available space including the delivery route, door widths, and ceiling height.
  • Existing power connection: 230 V household outlet or 400 V industrial supply.
  • Staffing: who operates the chamber, who briefs users, how it is documented.
  • Appearance: standard colors, RAL colors on request, or custom wrapping.

Electric or nitrogen-based: the difference in operation

KRYORA sells exclusively electric systems. The difference shows up less on a spec sheet than in day-to-day operation.

Electric whole-body cryo chamber

  • Cooling generated by refrigeration technology, no consumable medium, no gas orders.
  • No tank, no decanting, no handling of liquid nitrogen.
  • Constant cold air down to -110°C with genuine windchill.
  • Predictable running costs, essentially electricity, cleaning, and maintenance.

Nitrogen-based systems

  • Regular delivery and storage of the consumable medium required.
  • Additional requirements for room monitoring and logistics.
  • Running costs depend on consumption and delivery prices.

Technical details for each model can be found in the system overview on the homepage.

Planning space, power, and infrastructure correctly

Infrastructure often determines which model is realistic. We clarify this before the quote so there are no surprises at delivery.

  • Installation surface: level, load-bearing, permanently accessible for cleaning and service.
  • Weight: eCham flow and pure approx. 500 kg, eCham max approx. 550 kg.
  • Delivery route: check door widths, turning radii, elevator, or ramp early.
  • Power: 230 V / 16 A for home, smart, now, and vita 5-in-1; 400 V for pure, flow, and max.
  • Environment: a changing room, preparation area, and waiting zone noticeably improve the workflow.

Installation, commissioning, and training

After delivery, the chamber is set up, connected, and commissioned. We then hand it over to your team.

  • Scheduling for delivery and moving the unit in.
  • On-site setup, connection, and functional check.
  • Training in operation, workflow, safety notes, and cleaning.
  • Handover of documentation and clarification of open questions with the team.

The training is deliberately hands-on: your team performs a complete workflow themselves before regular operation begins.

Maintenance, support, and operating costs

A refrigeration system in continuous use needs routine. We agree on maintenance intervals matched to your usage intensity and remain your contact after purchase.

  • Regular maintenance per manufacturer specifications, matched to your throughput.
  • A contact person for technical questions and service visits.
  • Cleaning and care routines as part of daily operations.
  • Operating costs essentially: electricity, cleaning, maintenance - no consumable medium.

How the consulting and purchase process works at KRYORA

  • 3. Individual quote including finish and color preference.
  • 4. On request, introduction to an external financing partner.
  • 5. Order, delivery date, and preparation of the installation site.
  • 6. Delivery, installation, commissioning, and training.
  • 7. Ongoing support, maintenance, and service.

The chambers are purchased, not leased. We explain price ranges and factors transparently on our prices page.

Frequently Asked Questions

What requirements must the room meet for a cryo chamber?

You need a load-bearing, level installation surface, sufficient ceiling height, unobstructed access for delivery, and suitable ventilation of the room. We confirm the exact dimensions and requirements with you per model before ordering.

What power connection do I need?

The eCham home, smart, now, and the eCham vita 5-in-1 run on 230 V / 16 A and can be operated from a standard household outlet. The eCham pure, flow, and max require a 400 V connection.

How does delivery and installation work?

After order confirmation, we coordinate the delivery date, the route for moving the unit in, and the connection. The chamber is set up, connected, commissioned, and handed over to your team with a training session.

Is there training for the team?

Yes. Commissioning includes hands-on training in operation, workflow, safety notes, and cleaning so your team can run the system independently.

How high are the operating costs?

Operating costs mainly consist of electricity, cleaning, and regular maintenance. Since no liquid nitrogen needs to be resupplied, gas deliveries and tank handling are eliminated entirely.

Can KRYORA arrange financing?

KRYORA sells the systems and works with experienced financing partners. On request we make the introduction; we are not a financial services provider ourselves. We do not offer leasing.
