For hospitality, it is essential that a new offering doesn't complicate operations. The session lasts only a few minutes, the turnaround between two guests is short, and booking runs through your existing spa reception. Yes. Operation is designed so that trained staff can run it. Commissioning includes hands-on training for the whole team, covering the process per guest, cleaning steps, safety guidance and documented exclusion criteria for guest consultations.

Cooling is generated electrically via compressor units that are audible during operation. In wellness areas we therefore plan positioning deliberately: distance from relaxation zones, orientation of the technical side, and if needed, a structurally separate location for the technical unit. We agree on the specific solution with you during site planning.
Beyond daily cleaning and visual checks, regular technical maintenance is required. Since no liquid nitrogen is used, gas deliveries, tanks and the associated logistics are eliminated. Maintenance intervals and the service process are agreed in writing before commissioning.
